RAU ranked 13th in England for highest proportion of qualified academic staff
The Royal Agricultural University is thrilled to be ranked 13th of 130 institutions in England with the highest proportion of qualified academic staff, as reported by Times Higher Education.
The data, collected between 2014 and 2015, was released by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and analysed by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). According to HESA, an academic staff members is counted as holding a teaching qualification if they hold a credit-bearing higher education teaching qualification, or another relevant teaching qualification.
The University offers undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in agriculture and the land-based sector. Our courses cover agriculture, food production and security, equine science, conservation and environment, business management, real estate, and rural land management.
