Adam Hinchcliffe


My background is Farm Management and Agronomy; my career started as an assistant farms manager following university. Prior to that I was a head tractor driver and sprayman for a large arable/potato business in North Yorkshire. I made the move into agricultural education back in mid-2012 where I taught FE and HE students, in agricultural mechanisation and crop production; lasting about six years. Following this I became a Senior Project Manager for the Food and Environment Research Agency based in York whilst guest lecturing in Precision Agriculture at Newcastle University, before becoming a company technical agronomist in the North of England, and going back to practical farm management.
