Registration fees for the 21st European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition Congress include: entrance to the conference rooms, a copy of the programme, a proceedings book, lunches, coffee breaks, fruit and water. Additionally they include a BBQ reception meal and drink (Weds night); Civic Walk and Mayor Reception (Thursday night) and a Barn dance (Friday night).
A Gala Dinner will take place on the Friday night for an additional charge; we advise booking early to avoid disappointment as numbers will be limited.

Royal Canin Assisted Places
Royal Canin is once again kindly sponsoring the Free Registration of up to 12 young European veterinarians (younger than 35 years and not board certified) for this congress. There will be a maximum of 3 young vets selected per country of origin. If you are not selected in the group of free registrations, you will be notified before 7th June 2017 so you will still be eligible for the early registration fee.
Please note that if you are a diplomate or older than 35 years, you are not eligible for the free registration offered by Royal Canin. If you are a diplomate or older than 35 years you can register for the congress via the general registration.
Please note that you are obliged to pay a deposit of £150.00 if you are selected for a free registration, which will be refunded to you 2 weeks after the congress.

ESVCN Residents and PhD students have the opportunity to apply for free conference registration, offered by Royal Canin until 19th May 2017 by contacting email@example.com.
This will be held on the Tuesday and Wednesday (19th and 20th September). To register for the Residency Class, please contact Annette Liesegang via email: firstname.lastname@example.org

Terms and conditions
Once you have registered for the ESVCN Congress, your participation is binding.
However, please note that your participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee has been received.
The congress programme is subject to change.
For cancellations received before 30/06/2017 we will reimburse your registration fee, but please be aware that we will charge a £30 handling fee.
For cancellations received after 01/07/2017, no reimbursement will be made.
Letter of Invitation
We can provide registered attendees with a visa letter of invitation, where required. Full payment of the registration fee must be received before we are able to send you an invitation.
