Jean is a Chartered Psychologist with a private practice spanning the UK, UAE, Asia and Australia. She specialises in career coaching, leadership development, employee engagement and motivation.
Her professional background is in HR and Organisational Development. She has worked with a wide range of international corporate clients helping them to manage talent and discover potential. For 12 years she was based in Hong Kong
She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and was awarded Distinguished Badge of Merit in 2005. She is a Fellow of the RSA and an Honorary Fellow of Oxford Brookes University.

Experienced in facilitation and consultancy she runs workshops on career related topics in universities and schools. She is trained by Sotheby's Institute of Art in historic and contemporary photography and has a particular interest in how photography can be used to trigger rich conversations across generations, disciplines and cultures.
Jean is a trustee of Oxford Concert Party.
She lives in Oxfordshire. Her three children were all born in Hong Kong, educated internationally and now work in a variety of roles in Asia and the Middle East.
She currently sits on the Nominations Committee and Inclusivity, Equality & Diversity (IED)
