Paying for a Course
Course fees quoted include relevant course materials and, unless stated otherwise, examination and official registration charges. It will not include additional items you may require for your course such as Chainsaw Hire or Protective Clothing which will be advised in your booking confirmation.
Payment of the full course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking unless we have received employer’s authorisation. It is not possible to attend a course unless payment has been received.
Where payment is being made by an employer, and authorisation is received, then we can issue an invoice for payment. Invoices must be settled within 14 days of the invoice date or in advance of the training course, whichever is earlier. The employer is fully responsible for the payment of fees due in all circumstances including termination of employment or cancellation of course.

How to Pay for a Course
RAU Online Store
To pay for your course by debt or credit card please go to our online shop. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay for your course and you will received an email receipt for your payment.
You will just need to enter the amount you are paying and quote your invoice number.
If for any reason you are unable to pay by debit or credit card then please send payment by bank transfer at least 5 working days before your course start date.
So that we can identify your payment please quote RSC followed by the invoice number.
