Guest’s tickets will not be posted but will be available for collection from the registration desk on campus when you arrive. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking from Ede & Ravenscroft which will need to be presented to collect your tickets. If you have not received confirmation then your booking may not have been successful
Parking is provided free of charge at the University. If you are making your own way to the Parish Church in Cirencester for the ceremony, please be aware that parking in Cirencester is very limited. Alternatively you can pre-book return coach transport through our online shop.
Please see the programme for the day. It is recommended that you arrive in plenty of time to collect your tickets from the registration desk, collect you gown and have official photographs. You will also need to allow for travelling time to the Parish Church for your ceremony.
All graduands who register to attend their graduation ceremony are able to apply for up to four guest tickets (as well as their own graduand ticket, for which there is no charge) for the ceremony. You do however need to book these tickets at the time of confirming your own attendance.
If we have any extra tickets for a ceremony they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We post the number of extra tickets that are available for each ceremony on our website as soon as we have the information, which is usually about two weeks before the ceremony. We cannot guarantee that there will be any extra tickets for the Church.
Under normal circumstances, graduation ceremonies are not suitable for babies and small children. If you must attend with a child, please be aware that should they become distressed or disruptive they will be asked to leave the ceremony. We would advise that you either make alternative arrangements for childcare or arrange for children to attend the live screening at the University.
