All graduands who register to attend their graduation ceremony are able to apply for up to four guest tickets (as well as their own graduand ticket, for which there is no charge) for the ceremony. You do however need to book these tickets at the time of confirming your own attendance.
If we have any extra tickets for a ceremony they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We post the number of extra tickets that are available for each ceremony on our website as soon as we have the information, which is usually about two weeks before the ceremony. We cannot guarantee that there will be any extra tickets for the Church but we do also offer a live screening of the ceremonies at the University for guests who have not been able to obtain a ticket for the church.
Under normal circumstances, graduation ceremonies are not suitable for babies and small children. If you must attend with a child, please be aware that should they become distressed or disruptive they will be asked to leave the ceremony. We would advise that you either make alternative arrangements for childcare or arrange for children to attend the live screening at the University.
