Booking your place
We are delighted to invite you to register to attend your graduation ceremony in July 2017. We do not automatically register you for a graduation ceremony, all Students who are eligible to graduate (exam results pending) will be able to book on line from mid-March 2017.
How to book your place
To access the on line booking system logon to the Student Portal from the Gateway home page and click on the link to ‘My Convocation’
You do not pay for your place at your ceremony and your ticket and includes a drinks reception after the Ceremony. Places are limited at each ceremony and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once the ceremony is full, we will not be able to accept additional bookings, therefore we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment.
If you find yourself in a referral position, you will not be eligible to attend the ceremony in 2017. Subject to successful completion of your course you will be invited to attend the 2018 ceremony to receive your award. If you are not eligible to attend because you have not met the academic criteria for conferment of an award we will automatically refund any ticket fees paid.

Guest Ceremony Tickets
You will be able to apply for up to 4 guests tickets per student for the ceremony. These can be booked at the same time as reserving your place on your ceremony via your ‘My Convocation’ link through the Student Portal.
Some guest seats have limited visibility or are situated where the ceremony can only be viewed on closed-circuit television screens so early arrival at the church is advisable.
