Guest’s tickets will not be posted but will be available for collection from the registration desk on campus when you arrive. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking from Ede & Ravenscroft which will need to be presented to collect your tickets. If you have not received confirmation then your booking may not have been successful, if this happens contact email@example.com.
All graduands who register to attend their Graduation Ceremony are able to apply for up to two guest tickets (as well as their own graduand ticket, for which there is no charge) for the Ceremony. You do, however, need to book these tickets at the time of confirming your own attendance.
If we have any extra tickets for the Ceremony they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We post the number of extra tickets that are available for the Ceremony on our website as soon as we have the information, which is usually about two weeks before the Ceremony.
Under normal circumstances, Graduation Ceremonies are not suitable for babies and small children. If you must attend with a child, please be aware that should they become distressed or disruptive they will be asked to leave the Ceremony. We would advise that you either make alternative arrangements for childcare or arrange for children to attend the live screening at the University.
