Hello, my name is Simon Daniels. I'm Associate Professor of Equine Science here at the RAU and I'm the course leader for our equine science and industry summer school here this summer. So, our summer school will give you an opportunity to come and understand some equine anatomy, physiology, especially with a focus on horse behaviour, horse nutrition, and physiology. And these subjects are all really important for the horse industry. We're also really fortunate here where we're based in Cirencester in the UK that we are in the Cotswolds. We have the home of jump racing just down the road and we want to apply these scientific aspects directly to the industry. Summer school is a combination of theory and practical sessions here at the university mixed with a combination of trips out to the industry to be able to apply these sessions together. If you'd like more information on the course itself and to come and understand how it is to study at a UK university, then please see some more details within our website.
