Growth in nature and tech does not stall from lack of effort. It stalls when innovation outpaces strategy - and competitors move faster.

Our 1-infinity Growth Residency: Nature and Tech is designed to help founders, CEOs and leadership teams to act decisively in this moment – aligning innovation, sustainability and commercial growth into a clear, executable strategy.

How are we different to other residencies?

The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) sits at the intersection of agriculture, land use, environmental resilience and innovation.

Our curated residency experience, limited to up to ten companies only, is designed specifically for founders, CEOs and leadership teams of businesses with £1m–£100m revenue, operating in nature, sustainability, agritech, climate tech and environmental innovation.

Our residency will enable companies to accelerate their revenue, unlock new markets, and turn sustainability into a competitive advantage – before their competitors do. As part of this, pre-arrival, every participating company completes a detailed Growth Diagnostic, allowing us to match them with the most suitable sector experts, scientists, founders, investors, partners and relevant peer companies.
