Sustainable Strategies for Business Excellence - Wednesday 8 July 2026 - Friday 10 July 2026
Sustainable Strategies for Business Excellence is an intensive continuing professional development (CPD) course for managers seeking to lead with purpose and performance during transformational periods.
In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, managers face mounting pressure to deliver growth and profitability while addressing complex sustainability challenges. Yet, they often lack the strategic tools, cross-sector insights, and leadership frameworks needed to integrate sustainability into the core of business strategy.
Our two-and-a-half day course addresses this gap, equipping you with the mindset, methodologies and leadership capabilities to embed sustainability into strategic decision-making, to create lasting value, resilience and competitive advantage.
This course is led by Dr Tosin Lagoke, Associate Professor in Business, business cluster lead and programme lead for BSc (Hons) Agricultural Business Management, BSc (Hons) Agri-Food Business Management, BSc (Hons) Business Management and BSc (Hons) Business Management (Top-Up). He is an alumnus of Oxford Brookes University, where he obtained a PhD in Business and Management, with his research interests including Stakeholder Management, Local Content Development, Energy Policy and HEI Management.
This is a paid CPD course. A 20% RAU student and Farm491 member discount is available to a limited number of students and members. A discounted price is available when booking our Responsible Leadership course in tandem with this course.
