Biography 

Visiting Fellow.

Dr Dharm Kapletia is an established senior researcher, manager and consultant, with over 15 years’ experience across a range of innovation projects, working at the nexus of government, industry and academia. His career has specialised in complex systems, delivering research and insights to advance solutions (technologies, managerial tools, policy) in defence, healthcare, sustainability and farming. Dharm is now investigating actions required by business to address the nature crisis. He has led the development of successful research proposals in the EU and UK.

Dharm's current interests span: working with nature; environment and biodiversity; regenerative and biodynamic farming; transdisciplinary innovation; wicked problems (economic, environmental, political/security).
