Biography 

David Warner is a part-time lecturer in Rural Land Management and is a practising chartered surveyor. David has managed large scale property portfolios including high country stations, dairy farms and forestry within New Zealand as well as Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) since returning to the UK. He is an Associate Director with Dalcour Maclaren with 30 years’ experience in rural land management, infrastructure and compulsory purchase, both in the UK, NZ and Australia. David is also an alumnus, having studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College from 1985-1988.
