Biography
Guoxin Ma is a Senior Lecturer in Business at the Royal Agricultural University. With a professional background in management consulting, Guoxin has extensive experience in designing and delivering bespoke corporate training, leading consultancy projects, and conducting applied research. Guoxin holds a PhD in Management from the University of Hull, with research exploring the intersections of work, society, and education across East and West contexts.
More recently, Guoxin’s work has focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace, contributing as a consultant and advisor to a wide range of organisations across the public, private, and third sectors, including professional associations in China, Malaysia, and the UK, on EDI and other areas of organisational development.
