Biography 

Senior Lecturer, Land and Property Management.

Paul is a Chartered Surveyor MRICS (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) with 30 years experience in Commercial Practice with a Registered Valuer qualification, and was a teacher for 15 Years. He decided to undertake a Masters surveying degree 1990's because he felt this was a profession he was going to enjoy working in. 

Paul has worked in private practice as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor (DTZ, JLL, Colliers International) and in the public sector (South Gloucestershire Council and Dorset Council), has worked internationally and in the UK, and has been a client (MEPC Plc and Swire Properties). He has worked in all the sectors carrying out valuation, investment and general practice work, but probably enjoyed the retail sector the most.

In his spare time, Paul is a sports fan and is happy to start up a conversation anytime. He played rugby for Saracens Nottingham Richmond as well as Hong Kong and Cambridge University, and he also loves golf, cricket, padel, tennis, squash and recently passed his Padi scuba course and motorboat driving licence.
