Alumni Reunion Refund Policy

Attendee Cancellations:

Registrations are generally non-refundable. However, the Alumni Office may, at its discretion, consider requests for refunds in exceptional circumstances in advance of the event.

Event Cancellation by organisers:

If the reunion is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of the cancellation notice. All requests (refunds or transfers) must be submitted in writing to alumni@rau.ac.uk

Postponement of event:

The Alumni Office reserves the right to postpone the reunion if necessary. Registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If an attendee is unable to attend the new date, they may request a refund or transfer their registration.

Transfer of registration:

Registrations may be transferred to another alumnus, subject to written notification to the Alumni Office at least 14 days prior to the event.

Programme changes:

The Alumni Office reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme without liability.

Force majeure:

The Alumni Office shall not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
