Dr Fengting Zhang is a lecturer and interdisciplinary researcher in Real Estate and Finance. She holds a PhD in Real Estate and Finance from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
Her research interests include real estate finance and economics, behavioural finance, and climate finance. She is actively involved in interdisciplinary projects examining behavioural biases in financial markets, sustainability, real estate assets, and urban development.
Her teaching experience focuses on valuation, real estate finance and economics, investment appraisal, and data analysis.
Fengting is a local convenor for the Financial Economics for Climate and Sustainability global programme. She has also served as a Visiting Research Fellow at Henley Business School. Before joining RAU, she was an Associate Lecturer at the University of Reading.
