Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is the Royal Agricultural University (RAU).


Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to individuals who submit an email address after completing our Environment & Sustainability / Wildlife and Countryside Management Questionnaire. 
- Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
- The prize draw applies to prior applicants for 2026 entry to environmental courses at the RAU.


Entry Requirements
- To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the survey and submit their  email address by 23:59 on 31 July 2026.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete applications may be disqualified.


Prize
- One winner will receive an Amazon voucher to the value of £150.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.


Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
- The draw will take place in August following the closing date.


Notification
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their accommodation application form in August.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


Publicity
- By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that, if they win, their name may be used for promotional purposes by the promoter, unless they object at the time of entry.


Data Protection
- Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the promoter’s privacy policy.
- Data will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and related applicant feedback.


General
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other issues beyond its control.
- This prize draw is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- This prize draw is free to enter.

By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
