It's all about collaborative farmer-led research where researchers support and work with farmers to make a difference really to the problems facing food and farming today. We are helping researchers to co-design, co-develop and co-generate knowledge. We've been here for a day and a half and I already feel like I've learnt more than I possibly could in a lifetime of never coming to this residency. I'm more than happy to learn a lot from these people around me. Anything we can do to build those bridges, which I guess is what the whole, the whole kind of projects about, it's got to be good.
