The RAU Gym
The health benefits of exercise and physical activity are well known. Regular exercise is good for your health, it's good for your mind and it's a great stress buster!
Situated in the heart of the Campus, the RAU Gym offers a safe, friendly and more personal training environment to suit all your needs. Fitted out with a range of cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and free weights, the RAU Gym has everything you need to achieve a healthy body and a healthy mind.
Membership is reasonably priced and you can pay annually or termly. For 2022/23 the prices are:
- Annual membership £99.00
- Term 1 (September - December) £50.00
- Term 2 (January - March) £40.00
- Term 3 (April - May) £30.00

Opening times
The gym is open daily from 6:30am - 10:00pm.
