Get your meals for free during term time!
This offer is for international postgraduate students joining in September 2025 who sign up and pay in advance for on-campus accommodation. You will receive:
- Two free meals per day
- Seven days per week
- Term time only
- You will pay £201 per week
Eligibility
To be eligible for the offer you must:
- Be an international postgraduate student starting a course in September 2025
- Book and stay in on-campus accommodation
- Pay your accommodation in advance
What you need to do
Room preferences will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can have your preferences logged on our system via the online applicants portal with the following information after you have selected us as your firm choice:
- Full name of student
- Email address
- First room preference*
- Second room preference
- Third room preference
- Any additional information such as dietary or accessibility requirements
*Woodlands 1 is exempt from this offer
Remember, you can only log your accommodation preferences after accepting your offer.
Your application submission will be processed by the Accommodation Team and you will receive your provisional room offer and accommodation contract. Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting the offer. You will also be required to pay a deposit of £300 and set up your Payment plan* in order to fully secure your room.
*International students will need to pay the accommodation fees in full before 1 September 2025.
Applications are dealt with on a first-come first-served basis so to ensure that you get the room of your choice you will need to apply as early as possible. It is important that you read through the Terms and Conditions of your residence when applying as they form part of your legally binding agreement.
