Choosing an agent
The RAU works with agents all across the world.
Some of our agents offer face-to-face support and have offices in the town or city where you live. Others may make more use of digital channels, including the provision of platforms or portals through which you can communicate.
When it comes to choosing an agent, the RAU will not recommend one agent over another.
You do not need to work with an agent when you are applying for the RAU, our admissions team are able to help with queries and visa applications. Please contact them at admisssions@rau.ac.uk but if you choose to use an agent, please read the British council’s student guide to choosing an educational agent:
https://www.britishcouncil.id/en/student-guide-choosing-education-agent
This guide provides you and your family with clear information and guidance on what you should look for when considering using an agent. It includes key questions to ask, signs of quality, and how to avoid poor practices. The guide also links to ‘The national code of ethical practice for UK education agents’ and the British Council’s UK database of certified counsellors.
If you are a prospective student or an applicant, we will shortly be publishing a list of agents we work with on this page.
