Explore the RAU campus with our virtual tour
Our open days are the perfect opportunity for you to visit the University and get a real feel for what life as a student is really like.
Come along and hear first-hand from the teaching staff about the courses we have to offer. You can also have a look around our beautiful campus, chat to current students about the courses they are studying, and about the social life in Cirencester.

If you're a UK student coming to an undergraduate open day, we may be able to reimburse your travel costs as part of our Widening Access Bursary if you live in a 'low higher education progression area'. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and one of the team will be very happy to help you and let you know if you are eligible.
At the Royal Agricultural University, you're perfectly situated to explore everything the South West has to offer.
Known as the ‘Capital of the Cotswolds’, Cirencester is a busy student town with a great sense of history. Packed with high street and boutique shops, art galleries, cafés, restaurants, and bars; it's a great place to grab a bite to eat and unwind after the open day.
Why not finish the day with a trip into town, to explore the place that could soon be called ‘home’?
By car: please follow signs for the A433 Tetbury Road, and arrive via the main tree-lined drive on the Tetbury Road. You will be directed to car parking once you are on-site.
By train: the nearest station is Kemble. The University is a 10-minute taxi ride away from the station. We advise booking a taxi in advance to make your journey as smooth as possible. There is a helpful taxi guide on the Cotswold District Council website.
By bus or coach: Cirencester can be reached by National Express coaches and buses from Swindon, Stroud and Cheltenham. These all stop at The Beeches car park, London Road, Cirencester GL7 1BW.
