Line Management for Farmers and Growers - 7- 8 April 2027
Our Line Management for Farmers and Growers course, part of our range of continuing professional development (CPD) courses, delivers a short, intensive upskill for leaders progressing into more demanding management roles within farming and horticultural businesses.
As part of this two-day course, which will take place in person on the RAU Cirencester campus, you will quickly develop your ability to balance operational performance with effective people management, gaining practical tools you can apply immediately in your day-to-day roles.
This is a paid CPD course, with a 20% discount available to a limited number of RAU students.
On completion, you will receive a CPD Certificate of Completion endorsed by the RAU.
