Biography 

International Teaching Fellow in Real Estate Valuation and Finance

Dr Stephen Agyeman-Yeboah is an international Teaching Fellow in Real Estate Valuation and Finance at the Royal Agricultural University. He obtained his master’s degree and an undergraduate degree in Property Management and Investment (2008) and Real Estate Management (2006) from Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University, respectively. He also has a Higher National Diploma in Real Estate Management from Kumasi Polytechnics, Ghana in 2001. Stephen received his PhD in Real Estate from the School of the Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society Heriot-Watt University in 2013 under the supervision of Professor Colin Anthony Jones.

After six years of stints as a Senior Member and Lecturer in Real Estate and Facilities Management and Senior Tutor in Real Estate at the Department of Land Economy of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and University of Manchester, Manchester, UK respectively, he was appointed to the School of Real Estate and Land Management at Royal Agricultural University in 2022 as an International Teaching Fellow in Real Estate Valuation and Finance. In addition to the supervision of some of the students’ theses, He is the module leader of: Land and Property Economics, Property Market Transaction and Analysis, Principles of Valuation, Business Finance, Global Business Environment, Professional Sales Practices, Land -Related studies.

Prior to teaching experience in Higher education (HE) and Further education (FE) in the United Kingdom and internationally, he worked as a real estate and property manager in various government and non-organisations in Ghana and Scotland.

Teaching, supervision, assessment, and associated student support activities in real estate finance, valuation, economics and marketing at RAU, Cirencester and RAU’s BSc Real Estate double degree programme at Shandong Agricultural University (SDAU) and Qingdao Agricultural University (QAU), China.

I teach the following modules: Land and Property Economics, Property Market Transaction and Analysis, Principles of Valuation, Business Finance, Global Business Environment, Professional Sales Practices, Land -Related studies.
