My RAU experience

After completing 3 years studying a level 2 and level 3 Diploma in Agriculture, I knew I wanted to progress into the agricultural sector in a professional capacity and develop my knowledge. This is why I chose the RAU, the connections, skills and support to explore areas of interest meant I felt confident in progressing into the professional sector.

Cameron Gleed

My RAU experience

Having been interested in agriculture and the rural landscape from a young age, the specialist nature of the RAU really appealed to me along with being surrounded by like minded people. Being a smaller university in a stunning rural setting made the choice to study at the RAU very easy. In addition I was impressed by the alumni destinations and further career prospects following the degree which was very important to me.

My RAU experience

Having completed my Masters at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (School of Agricultural, Forest, and Food Sciences) in Switzerland, the Royal Agricultural University was recommended to me as the logical and natural next step. Some of the critical factors that led me to choose the RAU were the excellent teaching, and the overall focus on "caring for the fields and the beasts".

Will Matthews

My RAU experience

The environment at the RAU is truly special. Firstly, the campus is absolutely stunning, set in the pristine Cotswold countryside. There's something inspiring about being in a place rich in beauty and history. With the RAU's reputation and legacy, you can't help but feel connected to those who came before and aspire to make your own significant contributions.

Olivia Rohll

My RAU experience

I was looking to try something completely different, having spent the previous six years working in corporate consulting in London. The GDA was perfect for me since it was aimed at people looking for a high level of academic study, but was tailored to be accessible to someone with no knowledge of agriculture.
